Whats a better to invest in Silver or Gold

For both precious metals you have several vehicle options for investment. You can invest in bars, coins, exchange-traded instruments, certificates, accounts derivatives, CFDs, mining companies and spread betting. For me I like it easy and order bars or rounds of both silver and gold. I don’t like the premium for coins such as American eagle coins that are available in both gold and silver. Keep in mind that they do hold more value and some key years have grown in value tremendously due to higher demand. I Pick a reputable dealer like American Precious Metal Exchange.

Try to wait for a dip, in the spot prices and make my order. Lately there has been no waiting if I have money I’m buying because both gold and silver are running fast. I prefer silver simply on the basis that it is more affordable then gold. Silver in my opinion is so undervalued. Although gold has always been the hedge for unstable economic times, silver is consumed at a tremendous rate making it more rare like gold.

This may blatantly obvious but its true. Large majority of Silver mined is consumed and accounted for industrial use before it is even mined. Silver is currently trading at $21.50 and gold is trading at $1301 . So in my mind I expect silver to hit $30 bucks in the near future. If your buying silver at $21.50 and if it hits $30 you make 40% on your money. In order to make 40% on gold, the gold price will have to hit $1821.40.

I just believe silver will hit $30 way before gold will hit $1821.40. Keep in mind that I do also hold gold because I do believe it will hit $2000 over time, but its just longer term and unfortunately my pockets do not allow me to go out and buy 50 ounces of gold.
